A local developer was contracted to renovate this unique four-bedroom home
set in a prime location on Brighton’s Western Esplanade. The overall brief was simple: “It’s all about the view.”

The renovation included installing full-height glass doors along the entire rear elevation, providing uninterrupted sea views. In terms of design, and to keep the wild coastal weather at bay, the choice of glazing was extremely important.
